My name is Davis and I'm a goofball and complete L-O-V-E-B-U-G, looking for my forever family, is that you?!
My littermates and I hail from Tennessee, I don't look like a Lab like the rest of my siblings, but my personality is all Lab! I am a friendly pup who hasn't met a stranger I don't love! I love playing with my toys, especially balls! I know basic commands and I am very well mannered. I am more comfortable in a suburban area as I'm not a fan of lots of traffic and big rumbling scary trucks, otherwise I am the FULL package!
I have a condition called Hip Dysplasia. The good news is I am doing really well, I'm at my ideal weight which has made a world of difference, at my last vet appointment, the vet said, "Davis, you do not need surgery" ... yay! I loveee hanging out with my family, meeting new people, chasing squirrels and did I mention... playing with my toys? I can jump and play without restrictions and enjoy long walks.
I am looking for a dog savvy home with older kids 13+, who will give me space when I want to rest. While I like friendly dogs, sometimes they jump or rough house so I’m looking to be your only pup. Don’t worry, I have double the love to give you!
My current foster family LOVES ME but they can't keep me forever! I would cherish my very own family and be your best, most adoring companion.
