My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Empress is an adult, spayed female cat, probably born in 2017 or 2018. She arrived from a place that had lots of cats and she is likely a mother, grandmother, or great-grandmother to some of our other cats. Empress is quiet and shy. She takes her time getting to know people, but she enjoys social time and gentle pets with volunteers. Her last remaining relatives are Mai Tai and Rueben. The three of them are frequently together, either in pairs or a trio. The posted picture is of Empress with Mai Tai and you can really see the family resemblance (Empress is the smaller of the two). Rueben is always near one of the ladies and Empress is his favorite. Empress would really like to get adopted with a familiar face, either a female relative or her son/nephew/grandson(???), Rueben.
