My story

Bolt is about 30 pounds he is 3yrs old, he has an old wound around his neck possibly from a snare. He also has a old wound on top of his head. Both are old wounds and he has been medically cleared of either having any future issues with his health. He is also 100% deaf, he understand hand signals and watches facial expressions. In June Bolt had 3 seizures, after the 3rd one he was placed on medication and his not had another one. Because of his deafness I am requiring a fenced in yard to keep him safe. If he ever gets out the front door you cannot call him back. He loves playing with the other dogs and plays excellent by himself, loves all the people he has met, he keeps his kennel clean (with dog door) doesn't eat his bed. He is microchipped, neutered and vaccines are up to date. He is a wonderful companion dog who loves to snuggle.

Applications are accepted now, they are NOT first come first serve..

ALL adoptions are done FACE TO FACE, we DO NOT ship dogs out. Adopters must travel to Fairbanks if you live outside the area. Potential adopter must have an overnight visit with the puppy/dog and everyone who lives in the home including pets need to be at that visit. (folks out of town need to travel with all in the home, including pets NO EXCEPTION

Please DO NOT email the rescue asking if this or any dog is available, all our dogs are available for adoption unless their ad states pending next to their name. Inquiries just asking if a dog/puppy is available will just be deleted!

All adoption fees are $400

Please review our adoption process before filling out an application. Adopters MUST be at least 21 to adopt, do not contact asking to bend the rules.
