Buddy may be adopted by an experienced diabetic dog parent. His diabetes is not WELL managed, as he has occasional spikes. But we believe we have found as close as we can get to his 'sweet spot' for dosing.
Buddy wears a 'Muffin's Halo' to help him from hitting is face against barriers.
He loves, LOVES squeaky toys.
Buddy needs to be AN ONLY DOG. He does NOT tolerate other dogs. (Poor boy... i can understand not trusting what he can't see)
Can you give Buddy a soft place to land?
Do NOT apply if you have an inground pool! That is a deal breaker.

This poor lamb was obtained from someone on Craigslist in May. She was told that he was up to date on his vaccinations and was healthy. Sometime after that time - he suddenly went blind and the owner was not able to get him the help that he needed due to long work hours. Long and short of it was that this boy has tested as being diabetic. We are going to be trying to get his diabetes regulated, treat his skin issues then have him seen by an ophthalmologist for his sight issues.
