Hello, we are looking for a loving forever home for our beloved Benny. Benny is a very caring and playful boy. He is full of energy, and loves to give cuddles and kisses. Being a redbone coonhound, he loves to run around and track down anything he can put his nose on. It's best if he is always on leash, or has a big closed area to run around in. Once he is on the hunt, all bets are off and he will not stop running until he finds his prize. Although his breed is a "hunting dog" he has never been trained for hunting, and is an INSIDE dog. But he is very active and loves going on long walks and hikes. He also has no problem being a couch potato from time to time. He is potty/house trained and can be trusted alone inside the house for an average work day. Gets along with other dogs and is very patient with kids. If possible, would like Ben to go to a home with a big yard and an active owner. Sadly, we can no longer give him the active full life he deserves.
