Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Penny (Penelope) is a loving companion. I am moving and not able to take Penny with me. She has been my companion for 8.5 years. Prior to that, she was lost by her previous family. She came to me at the age of 18 months.
Penny is 10 years old on 4/21/21. Weighs about 17-18 lbs. She is a corgi, cattle dog mix (DNA results). Gets along with dogs, cats and children. Prefers less stimulation as she’s elderly. She is spayed and current on shots. Has a tiny bit of separation anxiety.
Penny loves to go on hikes, walks, to run on the beach, and visit the dog park. She is great in the car on road trips (bring water, food and treats). She prefers to be with her people.
A home with a fenced backyard would be ideal. If no backyard, then a home with people who will take her for walks, at least three times daily. And for extended outings on her peoples day off from work.
