I call a call from a concerned Mexican that the man you took iin this puppy could no longer feed him. He was just chained outside losing weight. He is now safe and fully vetted. He is healthy and playful but need to gain weight. He need to learn how to live in a house. He gets along great with other dogs of all sizes.
