Jake has fully recovered and is living in a wonderful home in Kentucky. Check out his AFTER pictures.

FEB 7, 2012:

Jake The Bloodhound was originally a courtesy posting. His owner surrendered him to Almost Home today, and he got a complete physical exam to see what can be done about his eyes. He is currently on strong antibiotics and antibiotic eye drops for 7 days, and then the vet will recheck him. He was an absolute ANGEL at the vet while being treated. He is currently at Mountain View Kennel where he will stay until he returns to the vet on Feb. 14.

FEB 2, 2012:

Jake is a very handsome and friendly 4 year old pure bred Bloodhound. He is good with children, cats and other dogs. He is not neutered and needs his shots. Jake suffers from chronic eye infections. He is tied outside 24/7. He is not food aggressive with people but sometimes with other dogs. He is not a fence climber.
