❤️Good with cats? Unknown
❤️Good with kids? Yes over the age of 10

Gibbs is a handsome 4 year old Boxer mix whose owner sadly passed away so we stepped up to provide a safe landing spot for this sweet boy.

Gibbs is a gentle and loving giant to whose he feels safe with; however, all his many life changes have left him somewhat confused, so Gibbs can be a bit shy when meeting new people but will warm up to them and seek out love and attention. Gibbs thrives with structure and routine and will bond quickly and intensely to his humans. His easy going stable personality with other dogs makes him a great addition to any pack. He is a medium energy dog who loves going for walks and is content hanging with his humans while he lays on a dog bed chewing on a bone or taking a nap. Gibbs recently participated in a board and train program and has emerged as a rock star with his leash manners and basic obedience. Gibbs is working hard every day to continue to build confidence and will look to his humans for reassurance and consistency. Gibbs can be protective of his home but with the right structure and guidance from his humans this is easily managed.

Gibbs is good with other dogs, housebroken, and does great in a crate.
