Meet Marco - This is a story that will break your heart. Marco came to us with another dog (who has since been adopted). Marco was found chained with the other dog with 2 buckets of water, one empty and the other frozen solid. Both dogs were emaciated and not in good health. If that wasn't enough, if a house fire did not happen, they would most have likely still have been in that horrid situation, or worse. Thankfully, Marco is with us, and now ready for a true loving home. Marco is very sweet with people he trusts but due to his past, he will need a savvy owner that can work with his guarding and show him the ropes on how to live in a home. Training would definitely be recommended for Marco so he can reach his true potential. He is appropriate for a home with a family ages 17 years and older with no other animals. With everything this poor dog has been through, he still looks for love from humans, which is a great example of why dogs are the best creatures ever!
