Dusty is 3 1/2 years old and came to us thru our TNR program in February 2020. Dusty has FelV. Feline leukemia virus (FeLV) is a retrovirus that infects cats. FeLV can be transmitted from infected cats when the transfer of saliva or nasal secretions is involved. For this reason, we would only home Dusty as a solo cat or with other FeLV positive cats.Dusty is shy with people upon first meeting, but social with other cats. Dusty is currently in foster care and doing amazing.
