Hello there, my name is Riley! Are you looking for a new BFF, well look no further, I may just be the gal! My friends here at the shelter say that I am a smart, beautiful, perhaps a little sassy (whatever that means!) and goofy gal. Here's the deal though, I tend to be a tad nervous around new people, thus need a few meets to fully become besties. But fear not! Once we are besties, you will have a lifetime of laughs, love and adventures. The key to joining my club (oh yea, I have a bit of a fan club here at the shelter!) is patience, snacks and maybe a toy or two. I am quite the smartie pants as well, I already know sit, down and paw! I would really love to take more training classes though to further my skills and learn some new tricks! I also would prefer to be the only child- both canine and human. Not to fear though- with the amount of love I have to share, you won't need anyone else! I am most looking for someone who can provide stability, help me build my confidence (I just learned car rides are pretty rad) and give all the love I deserve. Oh, and I wouldn't say no to an unlimited supply of BarkBox toys! I have already come so far at the shelter and know I am ready to find my forever home. Could that be with you? See you soon!
This pet is part of our Foster-to-Adopt program. You will meet this pet more than once before entering into a 3-week trial placement in your home. You will be matched with a behavior expert to help you and your pet through any bumps in the road during the trial placement. When all parties agree it is a match, we finalize the adoption!
