Nickey has been bounced around so much in his life and it has taken it's toll on his mental health, he is now a senior and is so tired of not being able to feel settled. When he is placed in a new situation he does get stress cystitis which results in him urinating inappropriately, he has shown us though that when he is settled in a quiet, calm home with no other animals that he does well with his bathroom habits. The unfortunate thing for Nickey though is that several homes have adopted him as an only pet and then brought in another animal that stresses him out, causing his behavior issues to rear up which results in him being returned. He needs a peaceful, serene retirement home where he can have his alone time and be spoiled as the only fur child in the house.
