This is Ned, overall he is a pretty good little fellow. (He is not very little)
My mother purchased him from Firehouse Kennels and he is a pure breed standard poodle. My mother retired and wanted a lap dog, Ned is way too big for her to walk. My mother is frail and he would yank her to the ground while she held the leash. I already had a Labradoodle and figured they could be friends. They are not.
Ned isn't viscous but he does CONSTANTLY try to play-fight with the other dog. The other dog is older and doesn't like it. Ned will follow the other dog around and nip on him all day long. It is really stressing the other dog out.
We have a small child and Ned is fine with her, he may bump her over from time to time, but that is because he outweighs her.
Here are our issues;
1-Does not get along with out other dog due to nipping and chasing
2-We have a toddler and Ned doesn't know the difference between his toys and hers.
3-Needs more exercise than what we give.
