Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Petie is about 8 years old. We adopted him when he was 2; at that point he had been in a medical foster care and was healing from injuries from a dog attack, where he had lost his eye. We spent lots of time with dog trainers, as he was very nervous around other dogs, with some leash aggression, and around new people. Petie has blossomed into a confident, sweet, loving pup, who loves people, walks and hikes, laying in the backyard, watching birds, and eating bones. He is potty trained and has never had an accident. He gets along great with our other dog and dogs he knows (our friends/family pets), but we still take precautions when introducing him to new dogs. We have an infant at home and unfortunately, it is not suitable to keep him in this environment. He loves her, is very sweet with her, but it is clear that he is uncomfortable. We want to find a home where he can thrive. Petie is 26 lbs.
