My story

Let's talk, Roscoe. He is a great boy with some personality quirks. First, he needs a very active home. By this, we mean someone who is willing to take him on a run and do some interactive playing with him. He loves to play fetch and would do it for hours on end. He will definitely need a fenced-in yard. He does not like to share his attention, so he will need to be the only pet in the home. We know this is a big request, but we assure you that Roscoe is worth it. His high energy and lack of sharing skills means that he needs a home without kids under thirteen. He is a rough and tumble kind of dog and loves his people. While Roscoe is a wonderful boy, he is a project. We are looking for an experienced owner who will put in the time and effort that he needs to thrive.
If you think you are up to the Roscoe Challenge, then please head over to chqhumane.org and fill out an adoption app today! Don't forget to put his name, Roscoe, on the app!
We (Roscoe, especially) look forward to hearing from you!
