Please do not let the special needs sign scare you away. This little guy does really well with his disability. Meet Simon! He is an adorable boy. He is 2 years old and 9lbs. Simon loves dogs, cats, and kids. He would be best in a home where there is another dog. He relies on other dogs to help him get around. Simon is deaf and although he was found as a stray, we are pretty sure that he was born this way. He is loving and just as sweet as can be. Simon is very smart and learns how to adapt quickly.
