My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I was helping someone watch Kira while they moved. Roll forward 3 weeks and they told me they dont want the dog & asked me to bring to pound. Breaks my heart, but I already have 2 dogs in a townhome. She took a couple of hours to warm up to me, and when my kid got home from school Kira just lit up & became instant friends. Doesn't bark (barked once when saw kids over at the park and couldnt join them). Not very playful because of overweight, but plays as much as possible w/ my dog that doesnt involve running around (she will watch my dog w/ the zoomies). Prefers to be near humans and she will inch forward to snuggle. Is ok w/ snuggles for a short period before overheating. Trying to figure out what she prefers for sleep. Slept w/ me first couple of days (doesnt move all night), but also sleeps beside bed, and a couple of times in bathroom because of the cool floor. She is scared of walks (fear of abandonement?) but does fine doing them.
