Paris and Licorice are a bonded pair of bunnies available for adoption from Last Hope. They were found as strays in the Waterloo area at different times, and bonded in their foster home. We don’t know a lot about their lives before they came to us. Licorice is more comfortable with people. He doesn’t mind being held, when he’s not trying to explore or find a treat. He’s always happy to see his foster family, and shows it with a happy jump and shake. Paris is a shy girl, and we don’t think she had much contact with people prior to coming to her foster home. She isn’t a fan of being held, and it takes her awhile to warm up to new people. But once she trusts someone, she is sweet and curious, and is more than happy to approach you, on her own terms. A few treats also help speed up the process. Being with Licorice has helped her come out of her shell. Paris and Licorice share an enclosure, and like to spend time grooming each other and cuddling. They also like to roam and explore, once they feel safe. They would do best in a quieter home, where they could adjust and get to know their family. They must be adopted together. Both Paris and Licorice are litter box trained, and they have been spayed/neutered. The adoption fee for both is $100.00.
