Diesel was rescued from the streets and needs a new family! He is still a puppy at only 10 months old. He is low heartworm positive but that’s not a big deal and it’s not contagious. We are taking care of it with medicine. Diesel is ready to start his new life. Diesel has been with his foster family for a few months and they have watched him blossom into a loving part of their family. He is now ready to be adopted.

This is what Diesel's foster family says about him. Diesel has completed almost completed his heart worm treatment and takes his pills like a champ with a little bit of cheese or bread. He has had no issues whatsoever and is doing great. He loves to go on walks and settles down after first few min and is now showing the big dogs how to behave. Still loves his rope, Kong toy any kind of ball he can manage to pick up. He is getting better with fetching but we aren’t practicing as much due to the heart worm treatment. He LOVES his big foster brother fletcher they sleep next to each other and are constantly playing. Still chases our cats who have permanently moved to the second floor to stay away from him 🤦🏼‍♀️. I would love for him to find a permanent home hopefully with a dog already and maybe cats that aren’t as cranky as ours are 🤣 or no cats. He is great with kids! Due to his size we think maybe no small kids as he may bump them.
Diesel is fully vaccinated, neutered and microchipped. He just wants a family of his own to love.
