Conan is located in TEXAS. There are not enough homes for all the unwanted dogs down there, so he is willing to relocate for a good, loving, forever home.
A woman on a fixed income takes in several strays. All the females get pregnant and she ends up with a LOT of puppies. We took four of the puppies and the rest were taken by another rescue. Conan is a male puppy from a brindle mother. We are really just making a wild guess as to his breed mixture. He is a big boy, going on 4 months of age and weighing 34 pounds. We think he will grow up to be around 60 or 70 pounds. Conan has a brindle coat with a white patch on his chest and a black muzzle. Conan is very friendly, sweet, gentle, and playful. He really loves toys and wrestling with other dogs. He kept climbing out of the puppy pen so he is now in the house. He sleeps in a crate at night and is doing fairly well with housetraining. But he is still a puppy that gets into things, Because of his size, training and socialization are very important. Conan must be in the house as a loved member of the family. He must be walked on a leash and would like a secure, fenced yard to run and play.
Conan is healthy. He is neutered, fully vaccinated, microchipped, and has been started on monthly heartworm and flea prevention. Conan has a $500.00 adoption fee that includes ground transport via Mightly Mutt Shipping for pickup in White River Junction VT.
