My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ford is a beautiful 1 year old Anatolian Shepherd dog! He was saved in Russia: found in a Caucasus city of Nalchik at the age of three months - he was hit by a car. Luckily, he didn't get any serious injuries, just flayed skin all over. Ford is now living in a foster home. He is well socialized, very gentle and friendly with children . Excellent with other dogs and cats. Playful, affectionate and kind. This is a large dog; 83 lbs. and 28" at the withers! Healthy, vaccinated, neutered and microchipped. He is an active boy that requires at least 90 minutes of exercise/walking a day. He needs to have a large fenced in yard to run around in. Ford is very affectionate and loves cuddles. He is totally house trained and is very good on a leash: knows a lot of commands and loves to learn something new. Ford will be an ideal companion for an active family who loves hiking. Please, open your heart to this beautiful boy!

Ford is in a foster home right now in Philadelphia, PA.
