My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Clover is a small and beautiful young girl of 30 lbs and 16" tall; she is one and a half years old. Clover on one unfortunate day found herself in one of the most awful places - shelter near the city of Tula (100 miles from Moscow). Probably she was on self-walking (a very common thing in Russia) and was caught by animal control. Clover along with other victims was placed in a small cage. It was quite a test for her, as she is very active and loves to run and play. The conditions in the shelter were so awful that starving dogs had to eat dirty hay... and also that shelter decided to reduce the amount of animals sitting there by taking them to the woods or near highways and leaving them there...volunteers started rescuing these poor things. Clover was among the lucky ones and was taken from there.

Now Clover lives in a foster home with her friend Knopa from the same place. She is very human-oriented, loves people, doesn't get scared of strangers. Clover loves to cuddle, she would stay on her paws and snuggle to a man - her favorite thing. She is very affectionate and loves to be petted. Varya is spayed, her vaccinations are up to date and she was tested for heartworms (negative). She listens to a person but doesn't know commands. We would prefer a fenced-in yard for Varya because she is very active and needs the place to run to burn her energy.
