My story

Name: C Grey & Bob - Bonded Pair
Age: Approx 2 1/2 years
Sex: both Males
Good with Dogs: Yes cat savvy dogs
Good with Cats: Unknown
Good with Kids: Possibly older kids once they warm up

Hiya C Grey & Bob popping in to say hello. We just came back into care after being adopted for two years due to absolutely no fault of our own. We are a shy pair of handsome kitties but do warm up. Bob says he's less of a scaredy cat then C Grey ( which is definitely true) but we both like to be pet and brushed and we do interact with our current fosters and we've only been with them for a few days. We don't really enjoy being picked up but sit beside us once we have time to settle in and pet us all you like. We have gorgeous fur and it is irresistible !! We just need a patient family to let us get settled and we'll show you how sweet we can be. If you are that home please apply today

Their adoption process

Additional adoption info

First we require an Adoption Application to be sent in. This Application is our initial screening process where you must submit 3 references (whom are not family). If your application is acceptable, we will schedule a meet and greet/home check with the dog and all of your family must be present. If your meet and greet/home check is approved, we take a day to decide whether this adoption is right for the dog, if it is, we require an adoption fee of $400.00 which includes Spay/Neuter, up to date vaccinations and de-wormer and microchip.

More about this rescue

Hope Lives Here is a 100% volunteer based non-profit animal rescue based out of foster homes in Central AB. We focus on saving abandoned, homeless dogs and place them into warm, loving homes until they find their furever homes. Our mission focuses on rescuing abandoned, unwanted, homeless dogs within Central Alberta and giving them the love, warm home and the second chance that they deserve. We rely solely on donations and our foster homes. We will be placing our rescues into suitable foster homes until they are adopted. We are not concerned with how long a dog is in care as long as they are getting the well needed tlc that they deserve.
