My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Frankie - Your Future Furry Best Friend

Appearance: Frankie boasts a striking mix of brindle and white fur, making him a unique and eye-catching companion.

Temperament: With a heart full of love, Frankie is described as loving, lovable, and playful. He forms deep bonds with his human companions and thrives on quality time spent together.

Training: Frankie is well-equipped for home life, being both house and crate trained. He also knows basic commands, showcasing his readiness to adapt to your household routine.

Insights from PAL Volunteer Foster: Frankie, a charming 3-year-old, may take a bit of time to warm up to new faces, but once he does - he becomes a loyal and affectionate friend. He prefers to be the sole pet in the household due to some jealousy issues but behaves very well around other animals outside the home. He pays them no mind when out on a walk or sharing a fence with them. He just goes about his business with no pulling or signs of aggression.

Home Sweet Home: Frankie is not just house trained; he's a polite and well-behaved companion. While he may need a little time to build trust, once he does, he forms a deep and loving bond with his human family.

Outdoor Enthusiast: An adventurer at heart, Frankie loves outdoor activities. He enjoys games like "tug-of-war" and fetch and is an excellent companion for walks, hikes, or even car rides, displaying good leash manners and a calm demeanor.

Companion Extraordinaire: Having spent time in a foster home, Frankie has proven himself to be a wonderful house guest and roommate. He's calm and content during car rides and displays excellent leash manners during walks or hikes.

Couch Cuddler: When he's not busy playing outdoors, Frankie enjoys quiet moments snuggled on the couch, reveling in the warmth of companionship. His quiet and calm nature makes him a perfect addition to any loving home.

Adoption/Foster Information: Frankie would thrive as the only pet in the household. If you're interested in welcoming this pup into your home, please contact PAL to arrange a meet-and-greet for adoption or discuss fostering options. If you would like to fill out the form for adopting or fostering, please complete the adoption form here (for adoption) or the foster application here (for fostering).

Volunteer Opportunities: PAL is always looking for individuals eager to lend a helping hand as a volunteer. Whether you can spare a couple of hours a week or more, there are many opportunities available to suit your schedule. If you're interested in becoming a volunteer, please submit an application here
