Meet Grasshopper! Grasshopper (male) and his siblings were found in a hollowed tree as tiny kittens - just like the Keebler elves. Their mom, Keebler hid them there to keep them safe. All are named with the Kebbler treats in mind. :0) Grasshopper is about a year old. He is very bonded to his sibling, Pitter Patter. They are the only 2 cats left in the litter not to be adopted a year later. We do not know why. Both are very sweet, comical, and loving. They love to be pet and would make great companion animals.
Grasshopper is a black and white tuxedo, with with one eye area black and the other all white. He was the most friendly, silly, energetic, and playful of the litter. PitterPatter is a brown tabby who is a little shy at first, but warms up quickly.
Bonded brothers, PitterPatter and Grasshopper are two older kittens, just barely a year old, who look as though they are full-grown cats. They are quite comical, too. Grasshopper is the kitten who is ready to join in the fun after just a day or two, while PitterPatter chooses to watch from afar for just a bit longer. It has taken these poor boys so long to find their humans that their former foster has moved out of town. They are now back in their original foster home with their mom Keebler (a Violet).
They both have hopes and dreams of finding their own family. Grasshopper has considered starting his own yoga class, however it didn't catch on with the other cats as anticipated ... and let's face it ... try his yoga moves as he might, there is not much interest for a yoga class in a foster home, despite the captive audience. (Maybe this is why PitterPatter watches from afar?? Just sayin'.)
If you are into yoga and wouldn't mind kitty yoga class in your home, please email Grasshopper at GoodMews22@aol.com.
Both boys are neutered, have their FVRCP vaccines, their rabies vaccine, tested negative for Feline Leukemia and FIV, and are microchipped with a lifetime registration. You do not need to know yoga to apply. Grasshopper will train.
