My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Woof! Woof! My name is Kingsley (Parti Colored Miniature Poodle Boy). I am only 1.5 years old and weigh 4.8 kg. I was rescued from a high kill shelter located in Pyeongtaek, Korea on the day I was scheduled to be euthanized. I once had a home but that was very short-lived. My previous owner had a change of mind. She decided to just dump me at a high kill shelter knowing clearly that I will die in 10 days if no one shows interest in adopting me.

I wish people knew we have the same feelings as humans. How can they be so ignorant and cruel? I cry when I’m sad or hurt and I bark when I’m hungry. Why can people see us as “fur babies”? I get along great with other furry friends. Felines? Not sure who they are and what they are? Kids? No problem. As long as your kids are gentle with me, then we’re good. However, I do prefer a household with kids over 6 years of age just to be safe. I recently received a patella luxation surgery. Now, I am healthier than ever.

Should you be interested in adopting me as your new family member, please fill out our adoption application on our site to be considered as potential adopters. We highly encourage you to read our FAQs page on our site.

PLEASE NOTE: All of our recently rescued dogs are currently fostered in Seoul, Korea by our volunteers. Our adoption process may be stricter than any other rescue organization as these rescued dogs are traveling over 5500 miles to be with their new permanent family.

You must be at least 25 years old to be considered an overseas adopter. For serious inquiries only. Please note, we monitor all pets after adoption. We prefer adopters that are active on any of the social media accounts. Thank you!
