Spot is about as perfect as a cat can be!  He’s handsome, sweet, fun loving and affectionate.  Spot came to us as a little stray and quickly became a shelter favorite.  Spot loves toys and to play and at just about a year old he has lots of kitten like energy.  This long and lean guy is neutered, up to date on vaccinations and micro-chipped.  Cat adoption is free will for approved applicants

Additional adoption info

All interested parties must fill out an adoption application and be approved prior to adoption. If a family has currently, or in the recent past had pets then a veterinary reference is required. If not then two personal references are required. Our adoption fees for dogs range from $150-$300. Our adoption fee for cats is free will donation. After an adoption has been approved an adoption contract must be signed.

More about this shelter

The ECAS is an all volunteer, no kill shelter. Our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate and rehome pets in need due to neglect, abandonment, abuse or from simply not being wanted! We started in 2010 due to a need in our community. We are currently a foster based organization and we are currently building our new shelter facility. We work hand in hand with other rescue and shelters in the area to help out when and where we are needed.
