Brussels is a sweet and gentle girl! She has been through a rough start in life. However, she still loves and trusts people. Brussels loves her humans, gentle with children, and good with dogs of all sizes. She is even tested good with cats. Brussels is doing very well in her foster home and ready for her forever home. Brussels started some leash training and is learning at a good pace. She is crate-trained and doing well on her housetraining. She rides well in the car and can wait patiently while her foster mom runs errands. Brussels is a lovely dog and will make a good family dog.

BRUSSELS’s Rescue Story

Brussels and her daughter, Brighton, were abandoned under a bridge with a pack of over 60 stray dogs. They are living in horrible conditions and have no shelter and food. The founder of a rescue organization got a rescue call. The founder and her volunteers took 3 cars and drove down to the location. A kind man who lives nearby and would often bring them some food. He is the only person who cared for them. People in the area were not nice and some would often beat them. With the help of the kind man, the founder was able to catch 28 of them. She cannot bear to see them suffer under the bridge. Brussels and her buddies arrived at the founder’s home at 1 am and they settled in nicely. They were finally able to have a warm bed to sleep in. She promised to find all of them homes so they can be treated with love and proper care.

Brussels had a thorough medical checkup. She had been spayed, vaccinated, microchip, and passed negative on her blood tests. Please give Brussels a loving home where she will never be left behind again.
