My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Annabelle is a 4 year old medium sized dog who is incredibly sweet and gentle to all of those around here. She was found in very poor condition and clearly not taken care of, covered in fleas and ticks, matted hair, open pressure sores and covered in dirt,. Most likely living outdoors on concrete as a breeding dog based on her body condition. On arrival she was extremely shut down and scared of everything, just lying down and not moving or making eye contact. Within hours she came to life after a bath, a good brushing, removing all the fleas and ticks, and a soft, comfortable, quiet nap on her new bed. Annabelle has significantly improved, learning her new life filled with love and compassion as she continues to blossom in her new foster home. She has already mastered sit and coming in less than a week!

Annabelle will be available for adoption in the upcoming weeks and we would love to find her the perfect home, preferably a quiet, laid back household.
