My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:


Lucy is a two year old mixed breed, mostly rhodesian ridgeback, who loves to cuddle. She loves people and taking walks. Lucy's mom was a stray that showed up on my wife's family farm two years ago. She was pregnant, starving and covered with ticks. My wife's parents took her in and when she had her pups, our family took two of them, Lucyy and her bother Tubby. They are both inside dogs who have been loved dearly for the past two years. Unfortunately, they have littermate syndrome which has resulted in them getting into some pretty nasty fights. Neither of them have ever shown aggression towards people and have played well with other dogs when they have been boarded on occasion. This situation has become dangerous for the dogs which is why we are having to give one of them up. I am developing a profile for Tubby as well however they obviously do not need to be in the same home.

Lucy is truly a great dog and will make some family or individual a great companion.
