Hi! My name is Peanut. My caretakers at RCHS would describe me as being in the BLUE category. Cats in the BLUE category will need experienced adopters. Ideally, adopters of cats in the BLUE category will be knowledgeable in the area(s) the cat will be challenging; therefore, adopters should be willing to participate in a training plan to further the work RCHS staff and volunteers already have started.
Cats are assigned color categories using any previous owner notes, general handling, as well as staff and volunteer observations. As we continue to get to know the cats and gather further insights into their personalities, colors may be adjusted accordingly.
If interested in adopting Peanut, an adoption survey and instructions can be found on our website.
