In foster through K’s Kitten Rescue: Sweet Sparkles, 3-4 years old, was living outside by a couple that cared for both her and her running mate Gypsy (about 1 ½ years old, also looking for home but needs a cat savvy owner with patience and understanding). They rented and could not bring them inside, but kept them fed, vetted, happy and healthy. We weren’t sure of their names so Sparkles just fit since she really brightened everyone’s mood she was around immediately! They would both allow them to pick them up. Unfortunately, her human mom and dad both passed away about the same time and they were without anyone to look after them. Sparkles has adjusted to inside life amazingly well. She is so calm and relaxed! She loves affection and gives plenty in return. She adores petting and brushing and even gives her belly for pets. She is not a fan of being picked up – but that may come in time with patience since she did allow that in past. She does not know what toys are and shows absolutely no interest in anything but attention from people. She is definitely leary of dogs. She has been within a foot or 2 of them in foster’s house but will think about it then swat at them. 🌟 Heart Broken – she obviously misses her care givers! 🌟 She needs a loving home 🌟 Very well behaved🌟 Hoping for someone that loves her to curl up next to…..
