Penny is a very sweet two-year-old little girl. Penny loves attention from her foster family and will climb into their lap and cuddle with them. Penny was found with a cloudy eye. She has been to our  vet and our vet said that it is either a birth defect  or a very old injury that does not require any further care as of right now.
