Hi there, my name is Blueberry! I am 2-years-old and my friends say I am a sweetheart. I have to admit I DO love everyone I have met since I was rescued! I was left to starve with my brother in a backyard in the desert. Some kind people rescued us and here I am looking for a new family to love.
My friends say I am a gentle, affectionate and calm young man. I do love to lean on my friends for pets and snuggles. It is so wonderful to feel cared for.
Before I was rescued, I have only lived in a back yard, and I am slowly learning about the world. I am curious, and really enjoy it when my new friends take me out on walks and show me things like trucks... and a place called the vet... and big bowls of water I can climb in and splash in when it’s hot!
I am learning to walk with my human friends on a leash. I think it's nice to stay connected to my human friend and I have to remember not to pull her when I see something new and interesting. It's all new to me!
I would love to live in a house where I could snuggle with and lean on my human friends a lot. I really do like being with people the best. It would be nice if they could be patient and teach me how to be a “house dog.” I am happy to learn… I love learning!
