My story

ABOUT ME: Hey everyone, I'm Becky, and I'm the sweetest little pittie-mix you'll ever meet! I came to the SPCA after a rough start in life, but I've made so many new friends since I've been here. When I see a familiar face, I can't help but jump for joy! I may take a little time to warm up to you, but once I do, we're friends for life! Need an excellent hype girl to give you smiles? I'm your girl!

HOME NEEDS: My perfect home will have a majority of women to show me that men are okay, since I haven't had great experiences so far. I'm sure with some patience and yummy treats I can learn that not all men are scary!

DOGS: I love having all the attention and would love to be the only dog, but if you have a canine kid in my potential home, bring them for a play group and we can see if we get along!

KIDS: Little kids can be a bit nerve-racking for me, but I'd be willing to meet them! If there are any kiddos under 12, bring them to meet me at the shelter!

SPECIAL NOTE: Adopters get to take me home on a trial basis to make sure we are a paw-fect match! The SPCA of Texas provides medical and behavioral support during the trial adoption period to help with acclimation into a new home.

APPOINTMENT TYPE: Walk in or scheduled, we are open 12noon-6pm every day.

Current Special - Dogs over 6 months are only $25 to adopt!
