Here's what the humans have to say about me:
My wife and I decided to get a 2nd dog to have to accompany our golden retriever so that he would have a playmate when we were out of the house, so we got Twyla. We found her on Craigslist as a Rescue that had come over the border from Tijuana. When we got her, she was roughly 8 weeks old and had some flea bites and some skin issues and needed some treatment to get that resolved which we were happy to do. She healed up quickly and became a very big part of our family, and she loves us for saving her.
Since then, my wife are have and I gotten pregnant again with our 3rd child, and we're realizing that our home is too small to properly care for... 3 Kids under age 5 and 2 Dogs over 50Lbs, so we're looking to rehome Twyla.
She is a very loving dog, but being socialized during COVID has here a bit behind where she would have been otherwise. She's very food motivated and easy to train for someone that has the time, which sadly is the one resource lacking in her current home.
