Here's what the humans have to say about me:
**Courtesy Post** Frankie is an 11 month old (as of August 2021) neutered male Jack Russell Terrier that needs a new home. He’s a great little guy who could use some training and socializing. At his age he would love a little female dog to run around and play with. Hopefully, his adopter will be home at least part of the day as he is too young to be alone for too long. JRT’s of this age need a lot of exercise and attention. They have an incredible amount of energy and the right adopter will understand that. How do you make a very securely fenced yard for this athletic boy? No short chain link or he’s going to be able to climb it. No wrought iron because he’s going to be able to squeeze through it. No electronic fencing because he may run through it. Frankie’s new adopter needs to be able to go outside with him to be sure he doesn’t try to dig under or wiggle through anything. Based on Frankie’s personality and needs, he will require a home with no kiddos, and no cats or any little critters. This boy is true to his breed and is prey driven so no farm animals like chickens, ducks, goats, etc. Frankie needs a yard to run in, so no apartments. His adopter must be able to drive to the Austin, Texas area to get him. His owner will visit your home and a good vet reference is mandatory to adopt him. If you are interested please contact Frankie’s owner at janicedorsey@gmail.com and an adoption application will be emailed to you. There is a small rehoming fee.
