My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

We adopted Caliente from The Adopt-A-Pet shop and he is just under three years old now.

His new home must be cat free as he does not get along with other cats and likely would not get along with dogs either. We are unsure how he behaves around children but it is likely best he goes to a home without them as he will fight back if he's overstimulated or roughly handled. He's good at setting his boundaries and when treated properly is the most sweet and affectionate cat. He will let you trim his claws and administer any medicines with very minimal fussing.

Caliente has plenty of energy to burn and is always looking to play and will even bring his favorite wand toy to you so you'll know it's playtime. He's very skilled at climbing and getting into everything, so you'll need to be sure to not have anything delicate on a precarious ledge because he'll be sure to find a way up to it. When he's all tuckered out he's a cuddly lap cat and will curl up right next to you when it's bedtime.
