I adopted Rocky from the Lawrence Humane Society in November of 2020. There wasn’t much information known about Rocky at the time of adoption. Rocky is currently 3 years old! He turns 4 in November. Rocky has incredible puppy energy when he’s outside as he wants to explore, run/walk, and play. When inside once Rocky is accustomed to his environment he becomes a big sleepy boy and he enjoys snuggles. He is obsessed with pup cups and loves visits to the dog park. He rarely ever barks but when he’s excited that you returned home he does the typical husky howl saying hello. Besides that he is very quiet.
Rocky will need an experienced owner/people that are able to spend a lot of time around him as he does suffer from severe separation anxiety and does not do well with kennel training thus far. I have let him stay in the living room area and he does well there as long as the blinds are all the way up.
Rocky is up to date on shots except he is due for his Nobivac Intr Trac 3 soon.
