My story

Meet Freeda! This pretty lady is currently finishing up heartworm treatment and is ready to start looking for her forever home!

Breed: American Bulldog

Estimated age: 8 years old

Weight: 75 pounds

- Freeda is a big goofy girl! She loves ear scratches, making silly faces, and chewing on big stinky elk horns

- She enjoys going for walks and walks well on leash

- Crate trained & is quick to run to her crate to eat at meal time

- Freeda can be startled by loud noises so a rambunctious household may be a lot for her

- She's a chill girl looking for an easy going family

- Loves playing with her doggy friends

Before emailing- please read:

Additional adoption info

To begin the adoption process, please complete the adoption application online.

Please see our adoptable pets page for a list of the current pets that we have for adoption.

All interested applicants must complete an adoption application for the pet that you are interested in. Applications are considered in the order in which they are received.

One of our volunteers will review the application and contact you via email or phone to ask any questions that we might have. We also reserve the right to perform a home visit for any adoption. During a home visit, a Catering to Cats and Dogs volunteer will come to your house to see where your new pet will live.

If you are not sure which one of our adoptable pets would be right for you, please contact us and we would be happy to advise you as to which pet may be a match, just let us know what you are looking for.

Once your application is approved and a match is found, you will be required to sign an adoption contract and pay the recovery fee
