Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Sterling is located in TEXAS. There are not enough homes for all the unwanted dogs down there, so he is willing to relocate for a good, loving, forever home.
Sterling, his siblings, and his mother were rescued from a fast kill, small town, dog pound. Mom is a Black Labrador Retriever named Cher also for adoption. The father is unknown. Sterling is very handsome, He is around 4 months old and weighs 36 pounds. He is going to be a large dog like his mother. Sterling is a very sweet and outgoing puppy. He loves toys and playing with other puppies. Sterling has not been around cats so he might be able to get along with one if properly trained. Sterling is a puppy that must be trained and receive further socialization. He must be in the house as a loved member of the family. He must be walked on a leash and he would like to have a securely fenced yard to run and play.
Sterling is healthy. He is neutered, fully vaccinated, microchipped, and has been started on monthly heartworm and flea preventative. Sterling has a $550.00 adoption fee that includes ground transport via Mightly Mutt Shipping for pickup in White River Junction VT. He is being fostered in Texas and will not be sent north until after he is adopted.
