My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Wren is available for adoption but won't be able to go home until after she heals from her spay which is scheduled on 7-21-21.

This super loving girl is Wren and she is around 1 year old and is a German Shepherd mix who weighs just under 60 pounds! Wren and her sister Willow (who is also available for adoption!) came to us as strays and they were not claimed so we don't have much history on either of them.

Wren loves people but can be a little timid at first. She has made considerable progress with being less timid since she has been with us but can still be a little wary around men but will warm up with treats and a little patience.
Wren is a bit more goofy then her sister and loves to crawl in the grass and roll around on her back and beg for tummy rubs. She is a very smart girl and knows how to sit and laydown and she also walks well on a leash! Wren is also very food motivated and take treats super gently.

Wren is a bit dog reactive so we believe she would do best in a home without another dog. Because of this reactivity towards strange dogs we believe that Wren and Willow would thrive best in separate homes where they cannot feed off of each others insecurities. We haven't have the opportunity to test her with cats yet but can do so should a prospective adopter need us to. Wren would do well in a home with children who are 6 and older as she is gentle but can get a little to energetic sometimes for babies and toddlers.

Wren's adoption fee is $100.00. Her adoption fee includes all of her Vet work.
