Please note that we are a TX based rescue that transports our dogs once they are adopted. All of our dogs reside in foster homes in TX. Our application can be found at haydudeequine.org

I am a chihuahua mix and I need your help finding my forever people and my forever home.

I lived the first part of my young life on the streets of Laredo, TX. But life on the streets is no way for dogs to live, so we were rescued. Now I am looking for the good life.

I’ve had to do a lot of learning in my time in foster care. They say I am doing great! It helps that despite all I’ve been through, I still love people. I can be nervous at first – it is so hard to trust once you’ve been burned. Your patience and affection and consistency will help me learn that the world is a good place. I know I can learn to love again – it’s just my nature.

I will do best in a calm home. If you have older kids, that’s fine. I love to play with other dogs my size. I am a good mix of action adventure and snuggles.
