Cricket is a young Terrier bully breed type mix. We have her listed as part retriever as well because she loves water and she retrieves her toy She doesn’t look like a retriever but she has those characteristics
She loves people! She loves water!!!! and loves to get a pup massage! She has been through training but she just prefers to be the only dog in your life and in the house. She prefers the backyard to the dog park. Having a yard is required for Cricket! She also loves exercise and would be an awesome running partner!

1. Email adopt@thisisthedog.org for an application. Complete Adoption Application and return to us at adopt@thisisthedog.org or fax to 305-247-9127
2. Meet with the dog or cat. Bring treats/toys if you would like.
During COVID and for TRANSPORT- Virtual Home Visit using Facetime
3. If adoption is approved - Complete Adoption Contract
Local (South Florida) cat adoption - $85
Local (South Florida) dog adoption - $200
Out of state cat adoptions:
One cat- $200
Two cats- $250
Out of state dog adoptions:
One dog - $350
All donations are tax deductible.
Adoption donation for dogs includes Spay/Neuter, Up to Date Vaccines, Microchip, Deworming, and Heartworm Check if needed.
Adoption donation for cats/kittens includes Spay/Neuter, Up to Date Vaccines, Deworming, FeLV/FIV testing and Microchip
