My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

5 year old intact male Black pug. He is trained to pee and poop outside. He rings a bell on the door to indicate when he needs to go outside. He does like to mark indoors and wears a belly band to protect furniture.

He was raised with an indoor cat and was not aggressive. He would like to chase the cat to play and try to mount. He does show food aggression by growling if anyone comes near his bowl. He has not bitten anyone even if we remove food from his mouth.

I just had a baby and no longer have the time to devote to his care or maintenance. He requires daily cleaning of his skin folds above his nose and cleaning of his ears. He had surgery 2 years ago to open up his nares and breaths much better than most pugs. He has no medical issues.

He knows several tricks such as; sit, roll over, down, stay, leave it, drop it, and waiting with food on his nose. Lots of love and time has been spent with Winston. He'll even come with a full wardrobe of clothes for all seasons!
