My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Fergie will be available on 6/24/05, after she is spayed. But, please fill free to fill out an application for her. She is one-of-a-kind!

Isn't she absolutely adorable?! Fergie is about probably between 2-3 years old and weighs 39#. She was a stray that we rescued from a high-kill shelter, so we don't know anything about her past life.

Fergie is just a little sweetheart. She loves attention and climbing into your lap.

She gets along with other dogs, cats and surely children. She Is just a very happy girl who wants to play and be loved.

Fergie has started her Obedience training while in our care. She is having fun, but she prefers the yummy treats, not the hard ones!

Can you give Fergie the life she deserves?

This dog's adoption fee is $265 (plus tax). This includes being spayed, current on Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella vaccinations, microchipped with the HomeAgain microchip, heartworm tested (negative) and medicated during the heartworm season (May-Dec) while in our care, comes with a Gentle Leader headcollar, and is currently learning Basic Obedience commands and good doggie manners.

The first step in our adoption process is to fill out an application. If you'd like to have an application emailed to you, just let us know. If you have questions about the dog, please call C.A.R.E.S. after 6:00 p.m. or email us. Sorry, but C.A.R.E.S. will NOT return long distance phone calls--our money is better spent on dog food............Thank you!
