Senior, w/ dry eye, missing most teeth

Gerald is a 12 year old Dapple Dachshund. He weighs 9 pounds. He was extremely thin when we first got and could still benefit from gaining another pound. He is a very healthy eater. He had most of his teeth pulled and has been eating soft food. He does have some narrowing of his discs. He walks stiff legged and can not go up or down stairs. He is very sweet and loves attention. He will go to the door to let you know he needs to go potty. He likes to sleep in bed with you under the covers. He has a condition called dry eyes, and requires eye drops several times a day. The eye drops are just natural tears which you can buy at Walmart, Walgreens or even the dollar stores. Gerald is very feeble and is looking for a quiet home with a stay at home person. He has had a hard life and we want him to be spoiled rotten in his last chapter. Gerald is neutered, UTD, and chipped. His adoption fee is $150.
