Meet Jamie, he was brought to the shelter in Kabul, Afghanistan as a very young puppy with his 2 siblings and raised there since. Jamie absolutely loves people. He is very dog selective. Jamie walks good on a leash but better with a harness. Jamie is 1.5 years old, 49lbs, and a Border Collie mix.
