My story

Ryder showed up at my parents' house on 07/21/21. He was wearing an old dirty collar but it had no tags or identification. We tried through Facebook to find the owner but had no success. We think Ryder may have been roaming around the area for at least two months or more based on some other sightings reported on Facebook. While we were in the process of finding his owner or a new home, a neighbor tied him up and called Animal Control. Fortunately we were able to pick him up before he was euthanized.

Ryder is a super friendly and energetic boy. He appears to have had some training in his life because he does follow some basic commands. He is definitely a herding animal and likes to run. We would love for him to find a home where he could safely be outside but yet have some human companionship which he seems to crave.
